
George H. Updegrove
George has worked with over 150 businesses,
from well-known multinational corporations
to smaller companies.
With expertise in leadership and organizational assessment and development,
performance management, empowerment and emotional intelligence, as
well as executive coaching, his work has taken him to 23 nations. George
has created and delivered numerous leadership development programs
and has written articles for professional journals and other publications.
He designed and implemented a highly acclaimed executive leadership
curriculum as faculty member, and Chief, Leadership and Management
Studies, at the prestigious Air War College for senior military officers.
Retiring from the Air Force with the rank of Colonel, he then served
for ten years a s a Senior Consultant with Development Dimensions International
(DDI) where he worked with numerous national and international corporations
in professional and organizational development.
In addition to his work with The Fogarty Group, George teaches in
the adult graduate program at Duquesne University , School of Leadership
and Professional Advancement, and serves as senior consultant with
the university Center for Leadership Development. He is an instructor
for Central Texas College , teaching the Air Force Reserve, NCO Leadership
Development Program at several Air Force Reserve Command locations
in Pennsylvania , Ohio , New York , Michigan , Minnesota and Illinois
.
On invitation, Mr. Updegrove has presented programs
