Jane
Duffy is committed to her mission of
inspiring, leading and promoting self discovery
and personal growth.
Her experience includes a highly regarded leadership career in the
financial services industry where she held senior positions in marketing,
product development and human resources. Currently, Jane is affiliated
with the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh
where she provides career consulting and training to MBA students and
alumni. She is also associated with Lee Hecht Harrison, an international
career management firm and serves as an adjunct faculty member at both
the School of Leadership and Business Ethics at Duquesne University
and the graduate program in Human Resources Management at Saint Francis
University .
Jane earned a Masters degree in Industrial Relations at Saint Francis
University and a Bachelors degree in Business at Clarion University
where she serves on the Advisory Board for the School of Business Administration
. She also serves on the Board of The Pittsburgh Experiment.
Jane’s most recent speaking engagements
included: “How Much
is Enough? – Conversations with Pittsburgh Leaders”; “Who’s
Holding You Back?” – APICS Regional Conference; and “Living
on Purpose – Discovering Your Mission for Work and Life.” She
is the author of Consolation and Encouragement for Job Seekers and
is the founder and leader of Transition Partners, a support
group for the families of those in job transition.
Jane is also the principal of that supports individuals and organizations to connect
spirituality with work.
