The Developmental Planning Program is designed to provide leadership assessment and developmental planning to leaders and potential leaders within an organization. The process allows the participants to assess their strengths and developmental needs in relationship to the organization's core competencies and/or competencies needed in a current or future position. A Leadership Development Plan with strategies, specific time frames and measures of success is designed based on this assessment and the current and future needs of the organization. Short term coaching may be provided to assist participants in successfully implementing their plans.
- Assess participants' strengths and developmental

- Help participants gain insight into their
individual leadership style, competencies and developmental needs.
- Develop individual Leadership Development
Plans that maximize the use of strengths
to increase value to the organization
and address any obstacles that
could get in the way of full utilization
of those strengths.
- Provide short term coaching to support
plan implementation.
- Identify future training needs within
the organization.
